Archana Chitnavis has joined Tata Power as Group Head- Human Resources.

Before this appointment, Archana was associated as Lead- Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner Mahindra Susten.
Archana is a seasoned HR professional with rich experience of 16+ years in devising & effectuating HR strategies and aligning with business goals by collaborating with senior business leaders. She has diverse exposure in heading Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Talent Management and gained rich experience in design & execution of a strong Organization Structure, Succession Planning, ‘Balanced Scorecard’ based PMS, Business Excellence, OD & Change management and Employee Experience.
Archana has also worked with Adani Electricity and Stock Holding Corporation of India.
