After stepping down as CHRO of Bridgestone India in Aug 2024 , Apurv has joined as an Executive Director of Invokhr, a next generation people consulting firm known for its bold vision to help organizations unlock their human potential. With more than three decades as a HR leader with worldclass organizations, Apurv brings wealth of experience across industry verticals like mines and metal, Automotive, Technology, Agri chemical and GCCs. In his new role as an Executive Director of Invokhr, Apurv with his vast experience will lead InvokHRs mission to reshape people consulting landscape by offering innovative, result driven solutions that addresses today’sdynamic organizations unique needs.
Apurvs experience includes senior executive roles working closely with MDs and Board of directors, In his capacity as a executive member of leadership teams he has been advising organizations on strategies, Leadership, transformation and cultural change initiatives. He has helped organizations create best work places by implementing out of box practices. Apurv brings his deep understanding of Global best practices, blended with localinsights, to help organizations navigate growth, change and transformation.
