Apeksha Jain has joined Siemens Smart Infrastructure as the Head of Human Resources.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post stating, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as HR Head at Siemens Smart Infrastructure India!”
Before this appointment, Apeksha was associated with Godrej Chemicals as Head – HR since 2018.

Experienced Senior Human Resources Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the FMCG & Telecom industry, Apeksha has handled HR Business Partnering roles across Sales Regions, Plants & Corporate functions. She has been awarded numerous Internal, external, and Global & National Awards for excellent work across roles.
Apeksha gained expertise in Talent Management, IR, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition & Business HR.
Strong human resources professional with an MBA in HR and Engineering in Computer Science ,with more than 15 years of experience in food and beverages, manufacturing, and telecommunications, She has also worked with PepsiCo, Vodafone and Virgin Mobile.
