Aparna Vishwasrao has joined USV Private Limited – a top 15 pharma company with a presence in 65 plus Countries as CHRO. The company has a strong presence in the FMCG sector with the flagship Sebamed brand.
Before this appointment, Aparna Vishwasrao was associated with Raymond Group as Chief Human Resources Officer of Raymond Consumer Care (FMCG business) and was part of the HR committee responsible for Conglomerate HR.

With around 25 years of extensive experience in HR leadership roles and helping businesses grow through all stages of the business cycle, Aparna sculpted growth stories and also excelled in inorganic growth activities, due diligence, post-merger integration, and business restructuring.
She has provided both strategic and operational leadership in managing all aspects of the HR function- HR business partnering, Talent management, Compensation and Benefits, HR operations, Industrial Relations, and etc.
She is an alumnus of Tata Institute of Social Sciences and has done her Masters in Personal Management and Industrial Relations (1999 batch ). At USV she would lead the company’s efforts to preserve its unique culture and at the same time bring in the necessary transformation to contemporize the HR function.
Aparna has also worked with MSD Pharmaceuticals, Gridstone Research, Reliance Capital Limited, Standard Chartered Bank, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, and Unilever.
