Anita Bhatia has joined Aristocrat as Director – People & Culture, Business Partner.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Anita Bhatia was associated with ET Money as Human Resources – Head for about 4 years.
With around 16+ years of rich professional experience in HR with expertise in Business Partnering, Organization Development, anita also gained expertise in Performance Management, Compensation, Succession Planning, Diversity, Inclusion & HR Lead Roles in BFSI and IT/ITES Sectors.

Anita Bhatia has also worked with organizations like British Telecom, American Express and Amdocs. Anita has been in HR lead roles which includes partnering with Regional and Global business leaders at CXO level on strategic and operational HR areas. She has Demonstrated success in managing the HR function across diverse businesses in varying life stages.
