Before this appointment, Anirban Das was associated with Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan (LKS), a prestigious full-service law firm with a robust presence in multiple cities across India as Chief People Officer – Human Resources for about Ten years.

In addition to his role within the organization, he is an active contributor to the field of Human Resources, participating as a speaker at various academic and industry HR forums.
