Anil Chandran has joined Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund as Head – Human Resources .
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Anil was associated with Union Asset Management Company Pvt. Ltd. as Head – Human Resources for more than 13 years.

With 21 years of experience, Anil has gained specialisation in Compensation and Benefits, HRM System implementation and Migration, Performance Management framework, Recruitment, Learning and Development interventions and Human Resources Policies suitable to Business needs.
Anil has also worked with Guardian Industries Corporation, General Motors and Asian Paints among others.
