Prior to this appointment, Anand was associated with Okaya Electric Vehicles as Vice President- HR for more than two years.
A seasoned HR Leader with more than 22 years of experience in driving HR Excellence across the industries, he has gained HR expertise such as FMCD & FMCG, Automotive OEM , Automobile IT & ITES, HR Advisory Consulting ,Telecom. EV Charger and EV. He is an Out-of-the-Box thinker with a proven track records of increasing processes automation, streamlining workflow and creating a team work environment to enhance effectiveness of HR Team.
