Before this appointment, Amit Sharma was associated with Volvo Group as Vice President, Head – HR, India.
A Senior HR Professional with over 26+ years of experience in various HR roles, he has been leading enterprise wide HR for the last 8 years. He has experience cuts across multiple Businesses, Product Development & Engineering, IT, Industrial & Manufacturing, Global Competency Centres and BFSI sectors.

Amit Sharma has also worked with Volvo Financial Services India, TE Connectivity, Philips, Johnson & Johnson, Indian Oil Corp Limited, Ballarpur Industries Limited, and Bank of America.
