Amit Sharma has joined Bajaj Finserv as Head HR – Microfinance Business.

I am delighted to share that I have taken on the role of Head HR for the Microfinance Business at Bajaj Finance. Returning for my second innings at this dynamic organization feels like coming back to what I love most.

Before this appointment, Amit was associated with Jio as Vice president- HR.
An astute & result oriented professional with over 20+ years of enriching experience working in diverse working environments like Housing Finance Company, NBFC, Telecom, Insurance, Media, Auto-Manufacturing, Defence (Indian Army) & NGO sector, Amit has gained expertise in entire gamut HR function.
Earlier also, he was associated with Bajaj Finserv from March 2016 to March 2018 as National Manager HR Business Partner.
He also worked with Telenor India, Bharti Infratel Limited, ING Vysya Life Insurance and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited.
