Amit Malik has joined Hero Motocorp (Dharuhera Plant) as Head – Employees Relations today.
He has confirmed this development to Business Manager.
Prior to this appointment, Amit Malik was associated with Denso Haryana Pvt. Ltd. as Head of Section – HR & ER for about 4 years.

A HR professional with a demonstrated history of working in the automotive industry, Amit is Skilled in Compensation, HR Policy Formulation, HR Automation and Digitalization, HRBP, PMS, L&D and Organizational Development.
With over 15 years of experience, Amit has also worked with Bajaj Auto finance, CL educate Ltd., Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.
Professionally qualified, Amit completed his masters in Personnel Management and Post Graduation in foreign Trade from Pune University.
