Amit Maheshwari has joined Paradip Phosphates Limited, Adventz Group as Head of Human Resources.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Amit Maheshwari was associated with Grasim Industries, Chemical Division, Karwar as Functional Head Human Resources for more than 1 year.

Amit is a seasoned Senior Human Resources professional with nearly two decades (19 years) of progressive experience in leadership and strategy, specializing in Human Capital Development, Industrial and Employee Relations, and Administration. His career has spanned in diverse sectors such as Aluminium, Conductors, Bearings, and Chemicals, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of HR practices across industries.
Amit started his career as a Process Control Engineer after completing his Engineering degree from NIT Jaipur and then moved into HR, and since then, he has had the privilege of serving in Greenfield projects, brownfield expansions, and Corporate functions.
Amit has also worked with Grasim Industries Limited, Grasim Chemical Division, SKF India Limited, Sterlite Technologies Limited, Bharat Aluminium Company and STL Fasteners.
