Alpana Vartak has joined Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd. as Senior Vice President Human Resources – Global Formulations.
Prior to this appointment she was associated with Bajaj Consumer Care as Chief Human Resources Officer for about a year.
An experienced HR Leader , Alpana , with 19+ years of HR experience, including 12+ years of Independent HR Strategic Business Partnering experience and strong Business acumen has been responsible for leading independent Business Units, providing strategic consultation to Senior leaders & leadership teams in building and implementing their People Strategy.
Alpana has also worked with Mondelez International, Cipla , Coca-Cola, Whirlpool Corporation & Levis Strauss® in India & Internationally.
