29 March 2022: Committed to providing meaningful opportunities for next-level growth and recognizing performance of people – our single most valuable resource; AkzoNobel India today announced that Anushree Singh, HR Head for India sub-continent has been elevated to a global role.
Effective April 1, 2022, Anushree Singh will take on a new mandate as Global Project Manager for Employer Value Proposition (EVP) at AkzoNobel. In her new role, Anushree will work closely with AkzoNobel’s Executive Committee members and Global HR Leadership Team. Her key priorities will be to define and roll-out an EVP that resounds with the company’s purpose-driven culture and offers a unique work experience to our high-performing talent worldwide.

Anushree joined AkzoNobel in 2019 as the Head of Human Resources for the India Sub-continent. Steering AkzoNobel India’s people ambitions in the time of uncertainties, Anushree helmed several key initiatives, few of which include: new employee-oriented policies (such as returnee mother program, lateral hiring etc.), prioritizing employee and their family’s physical & mental health and wellbeing in time of uncertainty, increasing diversity & inclusion across all business functions, employer branding and employee engagement.
