Akansha Sriram (e.k.a) Akansha Khare has joined Kotak Mahindra Bank as Vice President- Human Resources.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment Akansha was associated with Piramal Capital and Housing Finance Ltd as Associate VP & Zonal Head Business HR.

Akansha is a HR Professional with an interest in building the most effective work forces possible. She has been helping business by taking care of engagement and company culture.
With comprehensive experience of 13+ years in developing and executing strategic policies for human resources development and employee relations aligned to profitable growth of business, she gained extensive exposure to business spread across the 5 continents as well as those spanning the breadth of Bharat.
She also got experience in implementing policies and procedures with detailed exposure to GPTW frameworks. Ensure sustained development of employees to build organisational capabilities as well as to retain and promote talent.
Akansha also worked with DHFL, Network18 Media, Zee Entertainment, Jet Airways and JSW Steel.
