How do you visualise the future of work in respect of Artificial Intelligence adoption in HR functions?

NK In moving with the times, the HR function has had to reimagine the way they approached people practices over the last few years. Emerging artificial intelligence tools and services have helped HR teams optimise for speed and deliver greater quality outcomes with the power of data, smart predictive analytics and the ability to identify trends faster. All of this improves decision making significantly. Work in this space is a lot more interesting and will remain so in the future as well thanks to the opportunity to combine innovation and empathy and solve real people problems. Automating repetitive cumbersome tasks often done by HR, would now create more opportunities for HR to play strategic business partner roles and play a more active role in social impact and business success.
