Abhisekh Rudra has joined Reliance Industries Limited as Head of Human Resources.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Abhisekh Rudra was associated with Garden Silk Mills Pvt. Ltd. as Deputy General Manager – HR & IR for about 2.3 years.

With PGDME from Jadavpur University and wide Industry experience of about 21 years Abhisekh Rudra has made huge achievements in structuring and alignment of HR practices. He has gained expertise in managing all HR functions in Strategic & Generalist role. His core experience comprises dealing with Training & Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Policies, Performance Appraisal, Competency Assessment, Employee Engagement, Reward & Recognition, Compensation and Project Management.
Abhisekh Rudra has also worked with MCC PTA India Corp. Private Limited and Reliance Industries Limited.
