Before this appointment, Abhilasha was associated with Tata Steel as Group -HR & IR at Gurugram and lately as Head Communication- Raw Material.
Abhilasha is a committed HR Professional with 18 years’ of experience and a dynamic role in building positive, streamlined learning & development processes and people systems.

With a firm focus on striving towards excellence, she has marked her journey to success with extraordinary contributions in the Learning & Organization Development field. It started with structuring the L&D platform and stretched up to the launch of the E-learning portal Gyan Drishti.
Abhilasha is a certified trainer having done extensive work in areas of HR, Strategic Leadership, and Organization Development in multi-cultural business environments.
