Abhik Bhattacharyya has joined UNIVO Education as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In his new role, Abhik will lead the HR strategy, talent management and culture transformation at UNIVO, as per the official release from the platform.
Prior to this appointment, Abhik was associated with UNext Learning as Sr. Director HR for about 1.5 years.
Bhattacharyya’s experience spans large-scale change management, mergers and acquisitions, employee value proposition, analytics and HR governance. He brings in 22 years of HR expertise, having an experience in a data-driven approach to organisational effectiveness across various industries including EdTech, Telecom, Hospitality, Healthcare and Manufacturing.
