Before we delve into the challenges women encounter, it would be pertinent to acknowledge and pay tribute to the countless nurturers who provide 24/7 care and support to their families. These women dedicate their lives to caring for others, often without recognition or reward, performing invisible labour that keeps households running smoothly. They are the backbone of family life, yet their contributions frequently go unnoticed in family and society at large. This gratitude is long overdue, as our wonderful ladies deserve as much respect and honour as any career-driven individual.

As we are discussing here about challenges working women face at this time, we need to relook on the fundamentals and conditioning of our minds. Well within the four walls and beyond our homes, not only in our country but across neighbouring nations, the girls are raised with the notion that they must be perfect.
