We spend a significant portion of our lives at work, and how we spend our days at work has a significant impact on our personal life as well. I disagree with the assertion that one’s personal and professional lives can be separated. It is extremely difficult to reconcile personal and professional lives, and even if any employee manages to do so, there will always be significant support from one’s family or office culture. Focusing on employee well-being is a wise business strategy. Employee well-being strategies promote productivity while also serving as a morale booster. Organizations can implement the following business strategies and incorporation of aforesaid policies to strengthen their employee work experience at the workplace.
