Ruchi Ahluwalia has joined Digitide Solutions as Chief Human Resource Officer.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post stating, “ I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief People Officer at Digitide! A new name, a bigger vision, and the same passionate team. Every step we take is fuelled by purpose.”
Before this appointment, Ruchi was associated with Quess Corp Ltd as Chief People Officer.

Ruch is an astute HR leader and strategist with an MBA in HR & Marketing certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Brain-based Certified Coach. She has 24 years of diverse HR experience out of which over 16 years have been in leadership roles across various industries like Software, Pharma, Automobile, Financial Services, Health care, Engineering and Professional services.
Ruchi has also worked with Eaton, Scania Commercial Vehicles, Carl Zeiss, and Earnst & Young among others.
