Lokesh Sikka has joined GM MODULAR, leader in Home Electrical Solutions, as President & Group CHRO. He will Oversee human resources for GM Group of Companies across India as part of the senior leadership team.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Lokesh was associated with Reliance Retail as Head of Human Resources.

Lokesh is a results-oriented professional with a passion for shaping the future through strategic thinking and effective communication. As the author of ‘Wis Alle Interviews,’ translating to ‘Clear All Interviews’ in Dutch, he embodies 19+ years of diverse HR experience across services, retail, e-commerce, and corporate sectors. Currently contributing to Snapdeal’s success, Lokesh is deeply immersed in crafting and implementing innovative People Strategies.
Throughout his career, Lokesh has demonstrated expertise in building and leading high-performing teams, establishing robust practices in Organization Design, Capability Building, Talent Development, Change Management, and Organization Restructuring. His approach involves aligning people, processes, and structures with overarching business strategies.
Lokesh has also worked with Onida, Snapdeal, HDFC Securities, Flipkart, Siffy Technologies, Vodafone Essar, Aditya Birla Group, Aegis Ltd, and Hero ITES among others.
