Reeti Dubey has joined Google Operations Center India as Head Of HR.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Reeti was associated with Nat West Group as Sr. Director- HR Business Partner for more than 17 years. Sheled all People aspects for the Customer Franchises, Financial Crime, Fraud Prevention, and Operations teams and worked extensively with business leaders to define and execute people strategy, supporting transformation in complex and dynamic environments.

Reeti, throughout her career with two decades of experience, led strategic initiatives such as redefining performance management, shaping organizational design, and developing future-focused
She did her PGDBA with HRM from Symbiosis Pune and has been recognized as one of the “40 Under 40” Leaders.
Reeti has also worked with Tech Mahindra and Gi Group.
