Rishi Tiwari has joined Kotak Life as Senior Vice President – Human Resources.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Rishi was associated with REA India as Director of Human Resources.

With over 19+ years of diverse HR experience in Human Resources Rishi gained 360 degree exposure in HR function. He successfully managed recruitments, talent engagement, industrial relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, Business partnering, HR operations, Digital HR transformation and leading change and strategic HR initiatives.
He has also worked with Max Life Insurance Company Limited, Hilton, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, The Lalit Hotel, and Best Western® Hotels & Resorts.
