Lalith Sharma has joined Inspira Enterprise as President & Chief Human Resource Officer.
In his new role, Lalith will be managing human capital across multiple regions including USA, MEA, ASEAN, and India, focusing on career progression, talent acquisition& management, and performance. He will also oversee competency development, learning, and development initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulations. Lalith will lead the implementation of comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent and HR automation.

Before this appointment, Lalith was associated with Sify Technologies Ltd. as Head of HR (CHRO).

His expertise spans talent acquisition, leadership hiring, performance management, compensation & benefits, compliance, change management, employee communication, executive collaboration, metrics and people analytics, leadership development, and HIPO.
