Adit Ahuja has joined Ultra Tech Cement as Joint President – Human Resources.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
At UltraTech, He will be responsible for heading and driving the HR agenda for cement marketing, sales, logistics, and commercial functions along with two exciting businesses RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) and BPD (Building Products Division).

Before this appointment, Adit was associated with Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. as Head of Human Resources – Ethnic Brands.
With Over 20 years of successful HR business partnering, HR Strategy, Transformation & Integration experience across Consulting, Technology, Conglomerate, FMCG, Retail, and Manufacturing sectors, Adit has acquired strong functional skills in Talent Acquisition, Rewards and Performance management, Talent Management, Learning & OD.
