ReNew, a renewable energy company, has promoted Garima Garg as its Manufacturing unit’s Chief Human Resources Officer.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post saying, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as CHRO – Manufacturing at ReNew,”.
Garima has been with this organization since Dec. 2020 serving in different positions and recently as Senior Vice President and Head of HR, Solar Projects, and Manufacturing.
ReNew India business consists of Solar, Wind, and Transmission EPC business, Self and 3rd party O&M business, and manufacturing business. ReNew has a 10GW operating portfolio spread over 160 sites across the country, 3-4 GW of project execution every year, and 2 manufacturing plants covering 6.5 GW of Module and 2 GW of Cell Manufacturing.

With two decades of broad and deep HR experience across sectors such as energy, manufacturing, automotive, industrial goods, cement, BFSI, technology, consumer durables, and FMCG. Garima Worked with multiple organizations establishing and scaling up the maturity of HR systems and processes to support organizations’ growth.
She is highly business-focused, brings in strong business partnering capability, and spearheads the people and talent agenda to support business growth. She led talent fulfillment strategies for high-growth organizations including recruitment, talent succession, Hipo pool management, performance management, talent development, and talent retention.
Garima is a Keen leadership development professional and rich and diverse experience in leadership assessments and development for senior leaders and expert at group OD processes for business stakeholders such as building teams, top team development and visioning
