Biswaroop Mukherjee has joined Aker Solutions, a leader in delivering integrated solutions, products, and services to the global energy industry as Vice President- People and Transformation.
Biswaroop has confirmed this development through a social media post.
In this leadership role, Mukherjee oversees the people and transformation agenda for the organisation.

Before this appointment Biswaroop was associated with Tata Motors Commercial Vehicle Business as Head HR.
With more than 20 years of HR experience in various geographies and sectors, Biswaroop developed strong competencies and expertise in organization design, managing change and transformations, talent strategy, rewards management, executive coaching, and building high performing teams. He partnered with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support and enable the business objectives, while ensuring compliance and best practices in labor and employment matters
Biswaroop has also worked with GE owers, Deloitte, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, and ABP News Network.
