Madhu Menon has joined Wipro as the Global Head and Vice President – Talent Acquisition.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.

At Wipro, Madhu will be responsible for Strategy and Framework for attracting the right talent, Building agile and future-ready frameworks. Strengthening processes and compliance ,infusing AI into the TA process and enhancing productivity and candidate experience.
Before joining Wipro, Madhu was associated as Director and National Head of Talent Acquisition at Deloitte India.
Madhu has also worked with KPMG India, Ernst & Young (EY), UNISAFE Fire Protection Specialist LLC.
