Delhi Government has directed all employers to form Internal Committees (“IC“) and register on the SHe-Box portal, ensuring compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013 (“PoSH Act“). District Magistrates have been authorised to collect information from employers to verify IC formation and SHe-Box registration.
