Shruti Tiwari has started a new position as Executive Director HR and Employee Experience at JPMorganChase.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Shruti joined JPMorgan in 2022as VP-HR, employee digital and service experience, and served the organisation in various positions, including most recently as Global Lead, Cohort Program Management, where Shruti led the programme management efforts (placements, onboarding, orientation, and acclimation) for the company’s cohort hiring across the US and India.

With around 16 years of experience across multiple HR domains, she gained expertise in HR transformation and change management, HCM technologies, operating model and organisation design, HR shared services design and implementation, and performance & rewards management While working with large conglomerates and leading organisations across Banking and Financial Services, Information Technology – Services and Captives, Metals/Mining, Steel & Power, FMCG & Retail, Telecom, Airlines, Education and Oil & Gas sectors.
Shruti has also worked with Darwinbox, EY, Aditya Birla Group and IBM India Software Labs.
