Pranav Kumar has started a new position as Head of Human Resources at Tata Motors—Jamshedpur Plant.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
At Jamshedpur Plant, he will lead the company’s HR operations into a new phase of growth and development. In his new role, Kumar is poised to further enhance the organization’s HR strategy and align talent management with business objectives to ensure continued growth.

Pranav has been with Tata for more than seven years in various positions, most recently as Head of Human Resources at the Pune plant, which manufactures heavy commercial vehicles where he led HR,ER, Skills Development, and Sustainability.
With 23+ yrs. Of rich professional experience in end-to-end solutions for HR, ER, CSR & Welfare from Strategy formulation to implementation with working experience in Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand & UP. He gained expertise in managing multiple plants by mastering leading zero cost base function with Handling 20k plus manpower.
Pranav Has also worked with Tata AutoCompSystems, KLT Automotive and Tubular Products, Arihant Autocomponents and Achal Industries.
