Bangalore, India – January 15, 2025 – e2E Rail is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Aman Jain as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective immediately. Dr. Jain will play a pivotal role in aligning the company’s HR strategy with its ambitious growth objectives and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Dr. Aman Jain brings over 16 years of extensive HR leadership experience across diverse industries, including IT, FMCG, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, retail, and consulting. His proven track record in driving change management, talent development, and HR digitization initiatives in organizations with employee bases ranging from 2,000 to 12,000, positions him as a transformative leader for e2E Rail.
Dr. Jain holds a Fellowship in Management (OB & HRM) from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur. Before joining e2E Rail, he served as the Vice President & Head – Corporate HR at Sterling Holiday Resorts, where he led several transformational initiatives, including the establishment of Sterling University and the implementation of Digital HR practices.
