Prior to this appointment, Jai Prakash Gupta was associated with Sterling Hospitals as Zonal Head — Human Resources (DGM).

Jai Prakash has also worked with Apollo Excelcare Hospital, CK Birla Hospitals, India, Fortis Healthcare, Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited, and Reliance Telecom Limited.
