Nisha Samuel Has joined Legrand India, a global leader in electrical and digital building infrastructure, as Vice President – Human Resources.
In her new role, Nisha will lead the company’s HR strategy and initiatives, focusing on building a high-performing and value-driven organizational culture.
Before joining Legrand India, Nisha was associated with Clariant for four years, where she held various leadership positions, including her recent role as Head of Human Resources in India. Her strategic approach and people-centric methodologies have consistently contributed to fostering high-performance cultures and driving business growth.

With over 26 years of experience spanning industries such as Services, Consumer Durables, and Specialty Chemicals, Nisha has successfully managed diverse HR portfolios, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Business Partnering, and HR Operational Excellence for both corporate and manufacturing functions.
Expressing her enthusiasm about the new role, Nisha said, “I am excited to join Group Legrand India and contribute to its legacy of innovation and excellence.
