Tanvi Choksi has joined Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited as Chief Human Resource Officer.
Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited announced that the Board of Directors of the Company on January 03, 2025 based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the appointment of Tanvi Choksi as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from January 06, 2025.
Tanvi wrote in a social media post, “ A New Adventure Begins. As I turn the page to an exciting new chapter in 2025, I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve joined Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited as CHRO.
This opportunity marks a significant milestone in my journey as I step into the dynamic and rapidly growing hospitality sector—an industry that is not only thriving in India but also creating unique opportunities to connect with people and craft unforgettable experiences.

Before this appointment, Tanvi was associated with JLL. She also expressed her gratitude towards the organisation and people she worked with in JLL In a social media post.
With 20 years of rich work experience in diverse industries ranging from Automobile, Agriculture, HealthCare, FMCG, Real Estate & Professional Services,Tanvi has worked across different facets of Human Resources which includes Organizational Design & Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures, and HR Transformation. She has worked with organizations like Johnson & Johnson Tata Motors and Monsanto. In her last assignment with JLL she was responsible for leading the People Strategy for JLL across APAC region.
Tanvi in past has worked with Johnson & Johnson, Monsanto and Tata Motors.
She has an MBA – in HR from TISS and BMS – Finance from Mumbai University.
