Joy Banerjee has joined CDSL (Central Depository Services India Ltd.) as head of Human Resources and Administration.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment Joy was associated with IL& FS as Group Head – Human Resources.

With over 30 years of progressive experience in various facets of HR operations, Joy has gained expertise in new business development, customer relationship management, business excellence, strategy, learning and development, employee engagement, and performance management. He has also handled cross-cultural and cross-regional projects and teams in India, South East Asia, China, Russia, Turkey, Europe, and USA.
Joy has also worked with worked with Liberty Mutual, Liberty Videocon General Insurance, TATA-AIG Life Insurance, Reliance Life Insurance, Aviva Life Insurance, Max New York Life Insurance, LIC of India, and Blue Dart DHL.
He is a certified coach by SMG Singapore and have completed executive development programs in HR management from SHRM and XLRI Jamshedpur.
