Soumya Suvarna Has joined ICICIDirect as Chief Manager- Human Resources.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Soumya was associated with Mahindra Group as Manager- Corp ER, OD and L& D.

Soumya is an experienced Employee Relations Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the automotive industry. Skilled as ER generalist, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Admin functions along with Executive Search, Technical Recruiting, Soumya gained expertise in On-boarding, induction and training.
Post-graduated from LNML Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies, she is Strong Employee Relations professional.
Soumya has also worked with Abbott, johnson&Johnson and voltas.
