Before this appointment Vikash was associated with Yes Bank as Head of Wholesale Banking, Tech, Ops . And Corporate Functions.
Vikash has a proven track record of leading HR transformation projects, driving culture change, fostering diversity and inclusion, and developing leadership talent. He has worked with leading organizations such as TATA Motors Finance and HDFC Bank, where he handled strategic business partnering and headed centres of excellence. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Post Graduate degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations. He is passionate about people, reading, basketball, and country music.
