She is a senior HR Professional with over 16+ years of experience in Leading Employee Communication forums such as Townhall, Meetings, Employee Newsletter, People Policies and Processes updates, Safety awareness, Facilitate High-Performance High Potential mapping process with the Leadership team, including periodic reviews of Career Development Plans.
Bhawana has also worked with pladis Global, United Biscuits, IndiGo airlines, and InterGlobe General Aviation Pvt. Limited.
