Hyderabad: Anvesha Singh has joined Microsoft as Director of Talent Development, based in Hyderabad.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post stating, . “I am incredibly excited and humbled to announce my transition into the realm of BigTech. It has already been a few weeks since I joined Microsoft at their India HQ in Hyderabad.”
In this role, she will lead initiatives to strengthen the company’s talent strategies, focusing on leadership development and aligning workforce skills with Microsoft’s global objectives.

Before joining Microsoft, Anvesha was associated with Vodafone Idea as VP – Talent Management where she was responsible for shaping and driving the company’s talent strategy.
Singh brings extensive experience across industries such as telecom, consumer goods, and manufacturing, with expertise in leadership pipeline development, succession planning, and organizational change.
With over one and a half decades of experience in talent development, acquisition, and management, She has successfully led and executed global and local projects across diverse industries, such as manufacturing, consumer goods, healthcare, and technology. She is passionate about creating solutions that amplify the impact of talent on organizational performance, culture, innovation, and growth.
She has also worked with reputed organisations including Bajaj Consumer Care, ZEISS Group, and RPG Group.
