Rishi Gaind has become the Head of Human Resources at RIL-Disney JV. He has held the position of Head of Human Resources at Disney Star since the year 2019. Earlier he was the EVP – Human Resources at Star India between 2002 to 2019.

During his tenure at Disney Star, Gaind worked on shaping HR policies across TV, films, and streaming platforms, focusing on areas like diversity and inclusion. He played a key role in integrating HR practices when Star India merged with Disney India and contributed to the early development of Hotstar, now known as Disney+ Hotstar.
An alumnus of Symbiosis International University, he has started his career as a Senior Officer – Human Resources at Grindwell Norton Ltd, further transitioning to the role of Human Resources Manager at Computer Associates India Ltd.
