How can integrating AI in People management or HR impact organisations?

SR The workplace is made of employees’ and hence it still and always be very ‘human’ driven with AI adding to its agility & responsiveness.

Integrating AI & predictive analytics in HR will be a game-changer and will have a radical impact on organisation’s data-driven decision-making, enhancing resource optimisation, improving efficiency, and in turn excellence. And this will have a powerful rippling effect on an impactful tomorrow.

What is a key area where AI is proving to be most beneficial in the HR field?

SR Talent Acquisition is one of such first areas in HR where AI has been applied significantly in the past years.
