Prior to this appointment, Lalit Dubey was associated with Oswal Castings Pvt. Ltd. as Head of Human Resources. His focus has been on spearheading human resources with a blend of innovation and strategic EXCELLENCE in Green Field Project.

He is senior HR Professional with over 16+ years of experience in Textiles, Castings sectors. He has multifaced experience in Employee Relations, Training & Development, Talent Management, HRIS Database Management, Employee Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.
Lalit has also worked with Vardhman Textiles, Tata Motors, Future Group People Office, SC Johnson, and Glenmark Pharmaceuticals.
