Before this appointment, Vijay was associated with Promaynov Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. as Associate Director HR (Head of Talent Acquisition).

A former India Air Force Official, Vijay is an HR Professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in varied domains including Business HR, Talent Management, and HR Consulting Roles. A strategic planner with expertise in developing and implementing human resource initiatives and change management strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Vijay has also worked with B&B Business Advisors Pvt. Ltd., Orris Infrastructures, A&A Business Consulting, Ernst & Young, HeadsUp Consulting Services, and PwC.
