Kumkum Aggarwal has joined Vedanta Group as the Director of Talent Acquisition.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Kumkum was associated as Talent Search Partner with Korn Ferry.

In her new role, Kumkum is set to play an important role in driving group talent strategies. She will focus on enhancing the company’s talent acquisition framework, particularly for leadership roles.
With having around 25 years of experience in leadership hiring and talent management, Kumkum has gained expertise in Human Resource Management, Executive Search , Leadership Hiring ,Talent Acquisition, Contract Staffing, New Client Acquisition, Training & Development, Employee Consulting, and Performance Management.
Kumkum has also worked with Randstad, GI Group, Opulencia, Kelly Services and Convergys.
