Jacob Jacob has joined Aster DM Healthcare as Group Chief Human Resource Officer.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Jacob was associated as Group/Global Chief Human Resources Officer with Malabar Group.

Jacob has 27 Years plus of Experience in HR Strategy & Design across Various Countries. He has gained expertise in transformation projects in the area of Culture Building and Senior Leadership Coaching, varied exposure across Industries and Cross-Functional expertise. He designed and Implemented Innovative HR Projects with a focus on Improving Productivity and Building the Enterprise. He also handled large scale transformation projects that have had significant impact on the bottom line.
Jacob has also worked with Columbia Asia Healthcare, Apollo Hospitals, Oberoi Realty, and Emirates Airline.
