upGrad appoints Amit Mehta as CHRO

Mumbai: upGrad, a leading integrated learning and workforce development company, has appointed Amit Mehta as its Chief Human Resources Officer effective October 8. Amit  will enhance upGrad’s global people strategy, focusing on organizational effectiveness, talent development, and performance management. His expertise will be crucial in fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion as the company enters its next growth phase.

Before this appointment, Amit had a successful tenure at Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), where he held various HR leadership roles.
