Zeta onboards HR veteran Shubhayu Sengupta as Chief People Officer

Bengaluru, September 25, 2024 — Zeta, a provider of next-gen banking technology to financial institutions globally, today announced the appointment of Shubhayu Sengupta as its Chief People Officer. A graduate of the prestigious XLRI Jamshedpur, Shubhayu has previously held senior roles at organizations such as PwC, Swiss Re, Wells Fargo, and EY.

 In this role, Shubhayu will oversee all people and workplace related functions for the 1700+ Zeta employees globally. He will be responsible for driving people strategy, enhancing organizational culture, and leading talent management initiatives to support the company’s growth in the banking technology domain globally.
